Together, we set the standards for the future – your responsibilities
- You will be responsible for creating a global strategic development plan and associated guidelines for the "Hearing Acoustics" product category
- You will establish a strategic framework for the product category including product and partner portfolio and coordinate cross-functional teams
- You take end-to-end responsibility for the customer experience and the growth of the category
- You promote market leadership in the product category and develop the brand into a top player in the market
- You will therefore act as an industry expert for the "Hearing Acoustics" sector, ensure that market knowledge is maintained and advise on all aspects of category management, procurement and sales activities
- By analyzing data, you will develop an understanding of customer buying behavior and identify industry and consumer trends that will be incorporated into the product and partner portfolio
- You take a leading role in the selection of key global supplier relationships while ensuring strong customer relationship management by supporting all internal customers
- You challenge the status quo and proactively drive profitability optimization as well as the establishment of innovative solutions
- You prepare decision papers and presentations for management for your product category
You impress us - your profile
- You have a degree in business administration or a comparable university degree
- You have already gained several years of professional experience in product management and in a specialist management role
- Ideally, you have already gained experience in hearing acoustics or are at least familiar with the retail sector
- You are very familiar with supplier relationship management and strategic procurement
- You have a strong understanding of business contexts and strategic issues as well as a strong analytical mindset
- You are characterized by your independent, committed and structured way of working as well as your entrepreneurial thinking
- You have the ability to navigate a fast-growing, entrepreneurial and diverse environment and work well in a dynamic organization
- You enjoy taking responsibility in your work environment and are always interested in delivering sustainable results
- You have strong intrinsic motivation and demonstrate a high degree of flexibility and resilience in your day-to-day work
- You have good communication skills in business fluent German and English
