Together, we set the standards for the future – your responsibilities
- You are part of our Category Forecasting and Planning team, which is responsible for processes related to assortment optimization, demand planning, and statistical demand forecasting.
- You work in close coordination and collaboration with adjacent departments and support them with data analysis and planning tools.
- You always keep data quality in mind and continuously enhance existing data models and reports.
- You analyze existing and developing KPI systems to identify trends and anomalies, and you are curious about the underlying causes.
- You create visualizations and reports, ensuring their clarity, usability, and data quality checks.
- You serve as the interface between our team and the central data team, taking care of requirement gathering and tracking.
You impress us - your profile
- You have completed a university degree with a relevant focus and have a strong affinity for working with data.
- You have several years of relevant professional experience in the field of data analytics or data engineering.
- You are proficient in SQL, Excel, and Power BI (or comparable reporting systems). Ideally, you also have programming skills, such as Python or dbt.
- You are interested in our customers' buying behavior – especially in relation to trends, fashion, and seasonality – and you approach decisions from a business-oriented perspective.
- Experience in demand planning, category management, assortment management, or in the fashion or retail sector is a plus.
- You enjoy working in a team, while also acting independently and proactively, and you are motivated to take responsibility and make decisions collaboratively.
