We set tomorrow’s standards together – your tasks
- Support the planning and execution of global campaigns across digital, retail, social, and experiential channels
- Coordinate with local market teams to ensure global campaigns are adapted effectively to regional needs
- Assist in developing brand guidelines and assets to ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints
- Analyze brand performance metrics and campaign KPIs, preparing reports and insights for internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with creative, media, digital, and PR teams, both internally and with external agencies
- Help manage the global marketing calendar and asset production timelines.
You inspire us – your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in brand, marketing, or agency environments (internships included)
- Solid understanding of brand marketing fundamentals and consumer trends
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with tools like Teams Planner or CMS is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German is a plus
- Confident working across both creative and analytical aspects of marketing
- Passion for fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands; interest in the optical or retail industry is a plus
