Marketing Manager

For our marketing department located in Poznań we are looking for a Marketing Manager who has experience in building engaging and efficient marketing campaigns that drive consumer love for the brand.

Your responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for the brand and implementation of the marketing strategy in Poland

• Close collaboration with the central marketing functions, local marketing and PR agencies

• Analyze consumer and market research, develop initiatives to drive marketing KPIs (customer

satisfaction, brand awareness, top of mind, conversion & attribution funnels, retention)

• Budget responsibility for marketing & PR agencies and service providers

• Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns in Marketing and PR, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels

• Manage content and updates for customer (esp. website, social media

channels etc.), participating in events and store openings, documenting business processes, and providing additional sales support

• Regular stakeholder alignment in the form of reports, meetings etc.

Our requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management or similar

• At least 5 years of relevant experience

• Proven responsibility for consumer facing or retail brands

• Full language proficiency in Polish and English, additional language skills are appreciated

• Excellent knowledge on MS Office

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills

• Strong affinity to metrics & data in general

• Strong presentation skills, also at management level

• Willingness to travel
