In this role you will work closely with the Marketing team to make sure we understand the impact of marketing activities by working with attribution models, media mix modelling, building dashboards and conducting ad-hoc analyses.

Together we set the standards of tomorrow - your tasks

  • Work with the marketing team to understand data and analytics needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Responsible for the marketing effectiveness evaluation framework, including the performance marketing attribution model and marketing mix modeling.
  • Develop and maintain data processing pipelines to support marketing analytics.
  • Creating reports and dashboards to ensure transparency of business performance in the marketing area.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by establishing data quality monitoring, performing regular data quality checks and resolving data discrepancies.
  • Analyze and interpret data to provide digestible and actionable insights for marketing team decision making.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and actions.
  • Working with the data platform team to design the central data platform to meet marketing analytics requirements.
  • Train and support marketing team members on data tools and techniques to improve their data skills.
  • Collaborate with external partners and vendors as needed to improve marketing data capabilities.

You inspire us - your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Math, Engineering, Economics or similar
  • At least 3 years of experience with data analytics and at least 1 year of experience with marketing analytics (such as commonly used metrics, web & mobile tracking, performance marketing attribution models, marketing mix modelling)
  • Understanding of modern marketing, including channels, mechanics, platforms, etc
  • Solid knowledge of SQL. Experience with Databricks, dbt or BigQuery is a plus
  • Experience with Python for data analysis is a plus
  • Experience with building dashboards in Power BI or other BI & Visualisation tool
  • Great communication skills and fluent English. German is a plus.
  • Highly structured way of thinking and attention to details
  • Ability to articulate complex data and analytics content to non-technical audience
  • Ability to work autonomously, managing priorities and ensuring timely delivery on commitments
