We set the standards of tomorrow together—your tasks

  • Establish disposal strategies and processes for excess inventory, considering the brand and sales strategy of the Fielmann Group, and implement these strategies and measures.
  • Develop new national and international sales channels (B2B) and expand existing business partnerships.
  • Advise customers, create offers, and support sales planning and execution.
  • Develop and coordinate a B2B pricing strategy.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports with relevant components of inventory management, including inventory developments, forecasts, and performance.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams such as sales, production, and logistics to ensure a seamless end-to-end process.

You impress us—your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or a comparable vocational training.
  • Several years of experience handling complex topics in the areas of inventory management, sales, supply chain, ideally familiar with operational supply chain processes.
  • Experience in inventory management, tracking inventory movements, and ensuring operational processes.
  • Experience in the optical industry.
  • Fluent in English, additional language skills are an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
