We set tomorrow’s standards together – your tasks

  • Lead, develop and inspire a global team of brand marketing professionals
  • Translate brand strategy into annual marketing plans, global toolkits and campaign frameworks
  • Ensure brand consistency across all markets and channels while enabling local flexibility
  • Oversee the execution and adaptation of campaigns across digital, social, in-store and experiential channels
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as product, retail, e-commerce and PR as well as external agencies
  • Monitor brand health, campaign performance and competitor activity to drive data-based decisions
  • Act as key contact for regional marketing leads to support local implementation and share best practices
  • Manage budgets, timelines and resource allocation across brand marketing projects

You inspire us – your profile

  • Degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field
  • At least 9 years of experience in global brand marketing, including 2 years in a leadership role
  • Expertise in developing and implementing brand campaigns across international markets
  • Proven track record in leading high-performing, collaborative teams
  • Fluent in English; German is a strong advantage
  • Strategic mindset, hands-on attitude, strong organisational and communication skills
  • Experience in matrix organisations and stakeholder coordination
  • Background in fashion, lifestyle, consumer goods or retail is a plus
