Lead SAP EWM Consultant (f/m/d)

In our SAP Engineering team, we continuously develop the technical processes in which we use SAP across the Fielmann Group. Our focus is mainly on Supply Chain as well as Finance & Controlling. Together with the business stakeholders, we make sure that our SAP solutions support efficient, reliable and scalable processes.

In this role, you will take responsibility for SAP EWM projects with a strong focus on warehouse automation. From integration with SAP S/4HANA and SAP QM to material flow systems and automated warehouse technologies, you will help us build efficient, future-ready warehouse operations across our logistics sites.

What you can expect. Your responsibilities.

  • Lead and manage SAP EWM projects with a strong focus on warehouse automation, such as shuttle systems.
  • Design, implement and optimize SAP EWM solutions for efficient and scalable warehouse operations.
  • Drive end-to-end integration of SAP EWM with SAP S/4HANA, SAP QM, physical inventory software and other logistics modules.
  • Act as a key interface between IT, logistics, automation partners and business stakeholders.
  • Analyze existing warehouse processes and identify opportunities for automation, efficiency gains and innovation.
  • Manage external partners and service providers, including SLA and KPI definition, monitoring and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure seamless integration of material flow systems and automated warehouse technologies.
  • Support testing, validation, go-live activities and 2nd/3rd level support for warehousing processes and EWM-related systems.

  • You have a degree in Information Technology, Business Informatics, Logistics or a related field.
  • You bring several years of experience as an SAP EWM Consultant.
  • You have a solid understanding of the integration between SAP EWM, SAP S/4HANA and SAP QM.
  • You have proven experience in warehouse automation projects.
  • Experience with material flow systems and automated warehouse control is a strong plus.
  • You bring strong project management skills and experience in end-to-end logistics processes.
  • You think analytically, solve problems in a structured way and enjoy improving processes.
  • You communicate confidently in English; German skills are a plus.
  • You are also willing to travel regularly between the Fielmann Group Head Office in Hamburg and our logistics sites.
